7-Day Return Period

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. If the product you ordered does have quality issues, which caused by Z&J Florist, we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges. We are NOT responsible for the damaging or loss that caused by shipping and delivery.

To be eligible for a return. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Note You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and purchases made from third-party retailers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Return Process


We also ask you to send us an email with damaged product image(s) BEFORE returning and exchanging your products. You must contact us first at vip-customer-service@zjflorist.com within the 30 day return period of receiving your order. After reviewing the case, we will contact you for further resolutions. All Z&J Florist products must be shipped back in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return and exchange will not be issued.
